Terwillegar Towne, Edmonton – A Ceiling Installation Success Story

One of our clients disliked the appearance of their ceiling and wondered what to do about it. Though a fresh coat of paint might have been enough, they considered all the options.

After calling one of our team members, they asked how we could help, and we offered the solution of a drop ceiling installation. Drop ceilings are hung below the primary one and are often called false ceilings.

Since the client had a modern home in Terwillegar Towne, they decided this was the best choice. She didn’t have to find clever ways of hiding the plumbing and electrical wires and could still mount her traditional lights. Once the work was complete, she was completely satisfied and happy with the results.

It’s so great that our services can help clients explore their communities more because we take care of their renovation needs!

The Beauty of Terwillegar Towne

Terwillegar Towne is a beautiful neighbourhood in southwest Edmonton. It’s a newer area, and the residential construction happened after 1995.

After the last census, we learned that Terwillegar Towne had about 6,627 people living in dwellings, which is a 10.9 percent boost. Though most are single-family dwellings, there are a few apartment-like condominiums and duplexes.

The longitude and latitude of Terwillegar Towne are 53.4515 degrees North and 113.5794 degrees West. Our client loves getting out and enjoying what the area has to offer. Her two favourite places are Remedy Café and Terwillegar Park.

Terwillegar Park

Terwillegar Park is found toward the south bank on the North Saskatchewan River and is at the bottom of Rabbit Hill Road. There are various multi-use trails and a large off-leash area, which is great for those who love to enjoy nature with their dogs.

There’s even a footbridge that’s 262 metres long linking this park to Jan Reimer Park, which used to be Oleskiw River Valley Park.

Our client enjoys the canoe hand launch space, which is a short portage from the parking areas. Likewise, there are plenty of things to experience while you walk on any of the trails.

Remedy Café

Since our client focuses on eating healthy foods, she enjoys going to Remedy Café. There are over 90 different tea options and 20 beers. It’s a great place for those with food sensitivities and dietary restrictions, as well. She enjoys the curries, sandwiches, and wraps, and they can all be dairy-free and gluten-free.

Most of the ingredients are locally sourced from Canadian farmers, producers, and bakers. This makes it easy for her to support her community while she enjoys delicious meals. In fact, she visits once or twice a week!
